Horstick, Ann - Music, Songs, and Lyrics

Ann developed as an accomplished pianist/keyboardist since the age of four when she started searching out tunes on the piano by ear. Later in childhood she learned to read music, eventually studying the great classics. Her fluent musical styles include easy listening, show tunes, country, ballads, and gospel.

As a teenager she studied piano and organ and was the accompanist for her high school choir. She served as church organist at the age of sixteen. Later studying piano and organ in college.

For many years she served as staff organist for a large funeral home in Indiana. Her background in organ also allowed her to serve in various church organist positions.

Eventually she returned to her first love - the piano, and performed frequently at the Columbus Ohio City Center. She was the pianist at the Radisson Hotel - Columbus North and played for many weddings, private parties, banquets, etc.

So many people have commented on her flowing soft touch on the keyboard that she decided to name her albums SofTouch Piano.
