First thing this morning I went to the clinic to check on Sharati. I arrived and there she was getting ready to be discharged and I asked “Well what’s the damage?” Sharati said “I can not finish the sleigh Santa, I am so sorry, I just wanted it to be perfect.” I gave Sharati a huge hug and said “It is ok my dear. We will work it out.” I walked with Sharati to my workshop to discuss the sleigh. I asked “Sharati, is there anyone that can complete your work on the sleigh?” Sharati said “No, I am afraid not………BUT…..SANTA, SANTA…..SPRINKLES….SHE…SHE……” I stopped Sharati and said “Calm down, what about Sprinkles?” Sharati took a deep breath and said “Sprinkles is handy with tools and if I sit with her and explain step by step what to do we should be able to complete it by morning.” I thought to myself “Hmmmmm, worth a shot.” I went to the intercom and called for Sprinkles to meet us at the garage.
Down at the garage Sharati and I talked to Sprinkles about the situation. Sprinkles said she would give it a try. I told her that she and Sharati will probably be up all night working on the sleigh. Sprinkles said “If that is what it is going to take then lets get this rolling!” That was my cue to leave and say a silent prayer.
I think I am going to have to cut this short tonight. I need to finish up the letters in my study, besides I think I am going to have a long night myself. I better call Erty and Grey and have them deliver cookies and cocoa to me as well as to Sharati and Sprinkles. Christmas is counting on those two to finish the sleigh. If there is no sleigh there is no Christmas.
I will say goodnight now my darlings. Say a Christmas Prayer!
