The Talk everywhere today is the exhibit. It looks every bit as grand in the daytime as it did last night. I do like it better with the lights at night but it is a glorious site with the sunshine gleaming off the ice too. I didn't notice now spread out it is last night, I was so lost in what I was seeing. Looking out my window I can see there is no place to sit and eat lunch. I could sit on the snow but then I'd have to yell "Help I sat and now I can't get up!" I did that already. Besides my pants would most likely stick to the ice and I would be in real trouble. I would struggle to get up and of course my pants would stay where they were. I then would have to decide to sit back down or continue getting up and hope most of my pants would come with me. The walk home would not only be embarrassing but very cold. The thought, although funny, has made me decide to eat lunch at the café. Just as Roo brought my soup Sprinkles came in with a telegram from England, they need more blue Christmas ornaments and tinsel. There also was a notice that Veev and Lee were having a lot of trouble being good and were in danger of falling off the "Nice" list onto the "Naughty" list. I sure would hate to see that happen. They are usually such good girls. I'll have to keep a close eye on those 2.
I got all the paperwork done, all the toys checked and counted. Made sure any gears that needs replacing for our machines and toys were ordered from the supply shed then headed home. Mrs. Claus is fixing an early dinner then we are going to relax and have a quiet evening. No elves visiting, no problems to solve, just quiet. Maybe we'll have popcorn by the fire and watch a movie, then go to bed early.
