Mrs. Claus and I got up to a beautiful winterís day. Itís snowing and looks so nice. I have been told, however that itís going to be a pretty bad storm. All the elves that are not working at their jobs are helping to batten down Christmas Town. There is so much to do! Extra feed and hay needs to be taken to the reindeer village. The little animalís special doors must be coated with ďMagic SprayĒ so that snow and ice wonít stick to them and freeze them closed. This allows all the little ones to move about the town and assures that they are not trapped in the tunnels. Donít think of only squirrels, chipmunks, ferrets, rabbits and mice when I say little ones. There are tunnels big enough for a Saint Bernard and thatís a pretty big dog! All the snow tools have to be passed out and readied. This includes things as big as the snowplows and as small as an elfinís toy shovel. Extra food must be prepared, blankets gathered and beds made just in case.
Although this could turn out to be the very big storm it promises to be, I donít want you to worry. We are able to handle anything that happens here at Christmas Town and we will be ready for our big ride on Christmas Eve.
