Finally! Finally!! The roads are all clear! Sleighs can travel all throughout Christmas Town with only a few minor bumps. Not all the mailboxes are completely cleared but the mail hasn't been delivered and won't for a couple more days here.
All the E.T.E.s left today, and I can guarantee that we made sure all 25 that came were on the sleigh to return to their homes. It was so quiet this afternoon I could hear the bell in the church when it rang. I have to admit that I am a little bored. All the elves have reported to their respective jobs and we are a functioning, normal town again. Some of the elves were afraid that a tire would slide across the floor or that a doll would jump up and do the electric slide, but it didn't happen.
I can't wait until Jingles comes in for the evening shift because Mrs. Claus is making one of my favorite meals and then we are going to watch a movie by the fire and eat lots of hot buttered popcorn and drink hot chocolate.
Mrs. Claus and I have been keeping up with the emails, but if you have written to me and have not gotten a letter back yet don't you worry you will get a letter very soon.
Jingles just came in and I have to tell him what I would like for the elves to get done tonight. I also need to tell him what we need to gather from the supply shed, and then I am heading home. I am sure hungry!!
